Terms of use

Last updated: 31 July 2026

Acceptance

By browsing softwaredevspace.digital or booking a Holdings Desk session with Software Dev Space, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request sessions.

Who we are

Software Dev Space provides a desktop watchlist terminal for following self-custody holdings and planned rebalance actions, together with human review and setup sittings. Our office address is Harbourfront Landmark, 11 Wan Hoi Street, Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Informational nature of the watchlist

The terminal and this website help you organise holdings you already control and notes about rebalances you may plan. Nothing on the site or in a session constitutes investment advice, an offer to buy or sell securities, or a custody service. You remain solely responsible for your keys, transactions, and outcomes.

Sessions

Holdings reviews, rebalance walkthroughs, and watchlist setup sittings are described on the Holdings Desk pages. Scope is confirmed by email before the appointment. We may refuse work that requires handling seed phrases or taking custody of assets.

Intellectual property

Site copy, visual design, and original materials we prepare for you remain owned by Software Dev Space unless a written note says otherwise. You may keep session notes delivered to you for personal use. You may not republish our materials for commercial redistribution without permission.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site to attempt unauthorised access, scrape in a way that degrades service, submit malicious content through forms, or impersonate others when booking sessions.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Hong Kong, Software Dev Space is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site, the desktop watchlist, or session notes, including losses related to asset price movement or self-executed transfers. Our aggregate liability for a paid session is limited to the fees you paid for that session.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
