What we never ask for during a Hung Hom review

Seed phrases, private keys, and remote-control of signing devices stay out of the room — here is what we look at instead.

Clients sometimes arrive ready to prove ownership by revealing more than is safe. We stop that early.

Off limits

  • Seed phrases and private keys
  • Photos of recovery plates
  • Remote desktop control of a signing machine
  • Full exchange password handoff “just to compare”

What we look at instead

Public addresses or watch-only views, labels inside the Software Dev Space terminal, and the planned rebalance notes you already drafted. If a balance cannot be shown without unlocking a seed, we discuss the position at the label level and move on.

Why the boundary helps the session

Reviews stay about allocation and timing, not about transferring trust. You leave with notes; the keys stay where they were when you walked into Harbourfront Landmark — or when you joined the call from home.
